Inquiry forms collect your name, email, phone, ZIP code, vehicle identifiers and details, condition, selling timeline, lender/payoff status if provided, and comments. We record consent, submission time, source page, referrer and advertising identifiers when available. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, payment card details or account credentials.
Dealership referrals and paid lead sharing.
When you submit an inquiry and give permission, We Buy Any Car FL may provide your contact and vehicle information to selected participating dealership partners so they can respond to that request. A referral may involve a paid lead-sharing arrangement between the business and a dealership. This is disclosed as part of our referral model; it is not a promise that multiple dealerships will contact you or that every vehicle will receive an offer.
We do not publish your inquiry. Permission to share a new inquiry does not expand the permission recorded for older inquiries. Additional dealership distribution is limited to the receiving partners configured for the service and the applicable consent.

Hosting, database and email providers process data for the business. Inquiries are stored and routed in automotive lead format. A receiving partner may retain the inquiry in its own CRM and is responsible for its handling and contact practices. Ask the responding partner for its business identity and privacy information.

Retention, access and requests.
